A resident of the Philippines, Nik is an international business leader specializing in loyalty programs, data monetization, and analytics. His career includes serving as SVP Asia Pacific at AIMIA and most recently designing and building the GetGo coalition lifestyle rewards program for Cebu Pacific Air, the largest airline in the Philippines.

A partnership marketing pioneer, Marti began her career at Bain & Co. and then joined Time Inc./Meredith where she was instrumental in launching Entertainment Weekly and Amazon's magazine store. In 2001 she founded Strategic Media where she continues to develop significant partnerships with companies like OpenTable, Groupon, Wine.com, Boxed, Qurate Retail Group, Facebook, T-Mobile, and Ticketmaster. Marti supports TMG clients as an expert in partner development in the retail sector.

Howard spent his career in various senior loyalty consulting roles with leading agencies including Brierely+Partners, Kobie Marketing and Metzner Schneider Associates. He has helped lead the development, implementation, management, and optimization of customer engagement programs for many leading global brands including Verizon, Warner Bros., Sears/Kmart, T.G.I.Friday's, GameStop, Dave & Buster's, Farmers Insurance, Ascena Brands, Virgin America, Hilton, Marriott, United Airlines, and BayCare.

A loyalty technology veteran, Ben brings deep technical, platform, and integration knowledge and experience to TMG. Ben served as the Head of Consumer Products at Loylogic and, most recently, as Managing Director of the Americas for Loyalty Prime, a plug-and-play, end-to-end loyalty points engine solution targeting small- to medium-sized companies. He has led full loyalty technology audits, installations, and integrations.

Kate Hogenson has extensive experience as an innovative strategist for multiple leaders in loyalty including Kobie Marketing, Metzner Schneider Associates, Merkle, and Brierley+Partners. She brings a cross-industry perspective of best practices from serving major brand names in Travel and Hospitality, Retail, Banking, Dining, Entertainment, and Telecommunications sectors. She is known for her innovations, including the creation of Emotional Loyalty Scoring (ELS®), which Forrester recognized for its "ability to understand and earn emotional loyalty."

Specializing in high-value customer strategy, new program implementations, partnership development, and data-driven marketing, Oliver has delivered loyalty and CRM solutions across three continents in his leadership roles at British Airways, Emirates, and WestJet, in addition to clients in the financial services, retail and public sectors.

Based in London, Naledi is a Data Analyst and Social Researcher passionate about data-driven decision making. With her expertise in data visualization she enables teams to discover new insights from their data and communicate them effectively to a wide range of audiences. Naledi has worked with companies in the UK, Germany, and the USA across technology, non-profit, insurance, and consulting sectors.

Mary is a loyalty marketing expert with a focus on consumer research and insights, having led research efforts across a number of industry-leading clients. Mary built her career with agency and client industry leaders including Brierley+Partners, Cheetah Digital, American Airlines, Mary Kay, Inc., and Kobie Marketing. She developed brand and customer understanding serving global clients such as Star Alliance, 7-Eleven, American Eagle Outfitters, Camping World, Neiman Marcus Direct.

A veteran of both the agency and client sides of the business, Simone has helped companies develop bespoke customer engagement strategies leveraging her passion for data, analytics, and insights to drive profitable business outcomes. Working for leading retail groups in the Middle East and Europe, she's built customer segmentation frameworks that accompanied digital and omnichannel growth ambitions. A natural progression into loyalty has allowed her to deliver different applications of acquisition, retention, and growth marketing in the Financial Services, Retail and Travel sectors.

Hailing from Canada, Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in developing and launching loyalty programs, establishing and building partnerships, and maximizing customer engagement. She began her career with Canadian Airlines, one of the first coalition programs in North America and since has worked with a number of large Canadian loyalty programs, including Aeroplan, Air Miles, Canadian North Airlines' Aurora Rewards, and Calgary Co-op's Me-Wards.

Doug is a loyalty marketing veteran with over 35 years of experience developing direct-to-consumer marketing strategies across the Financial Services, Travel, and Telecom industries, holding senior marketing positions with sector-leading companies including JP Morgan Chase, TD Bank, Amtrak, and AT&T.

Based in the UK, Karen is an experienced partner marketing and business development professional on both the agency and client sides of the business with a successful career designing affinity marketing programs with leading companies in the Travel, Retail, Entertainment, Financial Services, and E-commerce sectors.

Brian has 35+ years of airline loyalty program experience in Canada and the Middle East including 22 years with Emirates Airlines. As Sr. Vice President of Emirates' Skywards frequent flyer program, Brian led the team who founded Skywards and developed it into one of the world's leading and award winning FFPs.

Greg specializes in the design, sourcing, and delivery of engagement strategies across a distinguished career growing businesses to customers of top global brands like Citibank, Chase, MasterCard, and Hertz. During his time leading loyalty for Hertz, Greg successfully led an award-winning growth strategy for the Hertz Gold Plus rewards program.
