Marc E. Berman

CEO, Managing Partner

Marc Berman is one of the original founders of The Mallett Group and its CEO. Prior to TMG, Marc had an established career in healthcare as a psychotherapist. With over 40 years of experience, Marc still maintains a small private practice, but his full-time focus is on TMG. Marc has combined his business development and consulting acumen with his psychology background, and applies them to the airline, hospitality, and retail loyalty programs. Marc feels that loyalty and relationship marketing are an extension of the psychology of changing behavior.

He has led consulting teams for major brands such as Intercontinental Hotels Group and Emirates Airlines. Marc also does extensive work in the co-brand credit card industry as well as the development of strategic partnerships for loyalty programs. He has worked with clients bringing new credit card products to market both domestically and internationally.

He has served as the Executive Chairman of Airline Information's Mega co-brand track and stand-alone credit card annual conferences. He has traveled the world extensively and resides outside of Boston. Marc obtained his BA in Psychology from the State University of New York Binghamton and his Masters in Social Work from Simmons College in Boston.
