Marc is a loyalty and relationship marketing executive approaching 20 years of experience in the airline, hospitality, retail and co-brand credit card industries. While he still maintains a small private practice as a psychotherapist, his full-time focus is on TMG. Uniting his business development skill with his psychology background, Marc has successfully co-lead the expansion and growth of The Mallett Group since its inception in 1997.

In conjunction with his role at the Mallett Group, Marc is the Executive Chairman of the Co-Brand Track at Mega Event organized by Airline Information, as well as its stand-alone Co-Brand Conference being held each spring.

Marc’s expertise in the airline and co-brand industries is well recognized. He has been interviewed frequently about loyalty programs including Rolling Stone Magazine and interviewed about co-brand credit cards by Bloomberg News. He also presented to the US Department of Transportation regarding frequent flyer programs, and was referenced in USA Today.

Marc received his BA in Psychology from Binghamton University and his Masters in Social Work from Simmons College in Boston.
