An original founder of The Mallett Group, Marc brings deep knowledge and experience in partnership strategy, co-brand credit cards, business development as a service, and loyalty programs across the airline, hospitality and retail sectors. A trained and certified psychotherapist, Marc believes that loyalty marketing and customer relationship development are an extension of the psychology of changing behavior and leverages his training and insights to identify and create lasting customer partnerships.
Steve is a travel industry veteran with 25+ years of experience in senior-level / c-suite roles across multiple sectors (hotels, airlines, third party distribution) and multiple disciplines: loyalty programs, database marketing, branding, e-commerce, pricing/revenue management, sales, call centers. Steve led the loyalty strategy at Continental Airlines (pre-merger with United) and at InterContinental Hotels Group where he drove both loyalty programs to industry-leading performances.

Lars has deep loyalty experience in the travel, loyalty and payments industries holding senior executive positions at TSYS Loyalty (where he served as President), MasterCard, American Express, Brierley & Partners, Loylogic and Cartera Commerce. Lars has been a Board Member of the Cardlinx Association and most recently held the role of EVP Americas for Collinson responsible for leading the loyalty commerce and card linked offers business unit.
