Pamela is a seasoned MarTech executive with more than 25 years of experience helping clients successfully navigate major marketing and technology initiatives.
In addition to her extensive experience developing, launching and optimizing loyalty programs in the Retail, Restaurant/QSR, Fitness, and Entertainment industries, she has launched and supported a wide range of B2C and B2B technology and business consulting services in the Insurance, Financial Services, and Healthcare industries.

A partnership marketing pioneer, Marti began her career at Bain & Co. and then joined Time Inc./Meredith where she was instrumental in launching Entertainment Weekly and Amazon's magazine store. In 2001 she founded Strategic Media where she continues to develop significant partnerships with companies like OpenTable, Groupon,, Boxed, Qurate Retail Group, Facebook, T-Mobile, and Ticketmaster. Howard spent his career in various senior loyalty consulting roles with leading agencies including Brierely+Partners, Kobie Marketing and Metzner Schneider Associates. He has helped lead the development, implementation, management, and optimization of customer engagement programs for many leading global brands including Verizon, Warner Bros., Sears/Kmart, T.G.I.Friday's, GameStop, Dave & Buster's, Farmers Insurance, Ascena Brands, Virgin America, Hilton, Marriott, United Airlines, and BayCare.

A loyalty technology veteran, Ben brings deep technical, platform, and integration knowledge and experience to TMG. Ben served as the Head of Consumer Products at Loylogic and, most recently, as Managing Director of the Americas for Loyalty Prime, a plug-and-play, end-to-end loyalty points engine solution targeting small- to medium-sized companies. He has led full loyalty technology audits, installations, and integrations.
