A partnership marketing pioneer, Marti began her career at Bain & Co. and then joined Time Inc./Meredith where she was instrumental in launching Entertainment Weekly and Amazon's magazine store. In 2001 she founded Strategic Media where she continues to develop significant partnerships with companies like OpenTable, Groupon, Wine.com, Boxed, Qurate Retail Group, Facebook, T-Mobile, and Ticketmaster. Marti supports TMG clients as an expert in partner development in the retail sector.

Howard spent his career in various senior loyalty consulting roles with leading agencies including Brierely+Partners, Kobie Marketing and Metzner Schneider Associates.
