Howard spent his career in various senior loyalty consulting roles with leading agencies including Brierely+PartnersKobie Marketing and Metzner Schneider Associates. He has helped lead the development, implementation, management, and optimization of customer engagement programs for many leading global brands including Verizon, Warner Bros., Sears/Kmart, T.G.I.Friday’s, GameStop, Dave & Buster’s, Farmers Insurance, Ascena Brands, Virgin America, Hilton, Marriott, United Airlines, and BayCare.
