Madeleine joins The Mallett Group as a highly experienced consultant and interim manager, having held a number of senior positions in industry and led a number of complex consulting engagements, in multiple industry sectors and geographies.
Madeleine started her airline career, holding a variety of sales and marketing roles, over a ten year period, at British Airways. This included managing the British Airways Executive Club (UK) winning many industry awards; culminating in managing BA’s frequent flyer programme’s business partners, developing and launching a global partner marketing strategy.
This was followed by three years working for Ernst & Young Management Consultancy, specialising in Revenue Enhancement & Loyalty across a number of sectors in Europe. Since 2002 Madeleine has worked as an independent consultant, holding a series of roles including implementation of CRM systems, Business Continuity in Europe and the Far East, launching a loyalty programme for Jet2.com and supporting the strategic development and launch of a co-brand credit card for Emirates Airline.
She is known for her straight-talking approach to project delivery that retains focus on project objectives, while effectively straddling key functions, engaging and motivating key stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
Madeleine graduated from Loughborough University of Technology with a BSC (Hons) Management Sciences and Diploma of Industrial Studies. She then received a Post Graduate Diplomas of Business Administration from Lancaster University and a Diploma of Direct Marketing from the Direct Marketing Centre/Kingston University. Madeleine is a Member of the Institute of Direct Marketing and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
