History of the Mallett Group

The Mallett Group was founded in 1997 by Joe Mammano, a veteran airline and loyalty marketing expert. The company’s first office was a small room at a house on Malletts Lane known locally as “The Mallett House.” The Mallett House is a beautifully restored farmhouse originally built in 1816 by John Mallett, a local carpenter and joiner. This historic building was Joe's inspiration for naming his company The Mallett Group.

While The Mallett Group’s original office was in this beautiful farmhouse, we now currently maintain offices in the US, the UK and Canada.

The Mallett Group has built a solid reputation serving major brands including Allstate, American Express, AT&T, British Airways, Connexions, Emirates Airlines, Harrods, InterContinental Hotels Group, JetBlue, LPS, MasterCard Worldwide, Points.com, Priceline.com, Sears and Time Inc/Synapse to name a few. Throughout the expansion and growth of the company, The Mallett Group has stayed focused on a single mission: helping clients design, develop and maximize the value of their customer loyalty strategies and programs. The company’s leadership team has an immense amount of experience and expertise across multiple industries and we are proud to say our clients include some of the world’s largest airlines, hospitality companies, financial institutions and retailers.

In spring 2015, Joe stepped out of his day-to-day duties as Chairman and into the role of Chairman Emeritus. While he is no longer as involved in the daily operations of The Mallett Group he supports many of our current client relationships and is still involved in new business development.
