THE MALLETT GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP AND ADVISORY ROLE
The Mallett Group, a loyalty marketing firm based in Connecticut, announced promotions and staff additions effective March 2, 2015. In support of The Mallett Group’s growing loyalty marketing presence and expansion of their loyalty platform services, the Mallett Group announces the following changes:
Joe Mammano, Chairman Emeritus
Previously Chairman, Joe is changing his role at The Mallett Group from leading the day-to-day operations to an advisory position. He will maintain a presence in the Connecticut office and will still support new business development.
Marc Berman, CEO and Managing Partner
Previously President, Marc will expand his role with The Mallett Group. In addition to enhancing TMG services beyond Loyalty and Relationship Marketing, Marc is deepening The Mallett Group’s Co-brand and Private Label Credit Card service offerings via his Executive Chairman’s role with Airline Information’s Mega Event Co-brand track and the new, stand-alone Co-Brand Event to be held in Chicago in May 2015. Marc will work with The Mallett Group’s current clients in both an advisory and “hands-on” role and build TMG’s client base as the company continues to grow.
Steve Arsenault, COO and Managing Partner
The Mallett Group is excited to announce the addition of Steve in his new role as COO and Managing Partner. Two of Steve’s focuses will be The Mallett Group’s Technology and Data & Analytics divisions. Steve is a loyalty domain executive with over 30 years of program management, implementation, product development and consulting experience. Steve has successfully designed and launched loyalty programs at companies around the world and has helped companies in multiple industries implement technology to achieve their loyalty goals.
He has an MBA in Finance and BS in Civil Engineering, both from Columbia University and completed all coursework for a doctorate in Econometrics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Rhonda Ekstrand, Senior Director Partnership Marketing and Managing Partner
Previously Manager, Partnership Marketing, Rhonda’s promotion involves overseeing the Partnership Marketing division and undertaking the majority of TMG’s day-to-day operations. Rhonda’s partnership experience and strong relationships in the industry provide The Mallett Group a strong foothold in the partnership and offer sourcing space going forward.
Discussing the changes, Marc Berman said, “It is with the greatest of pleasure that we welcome Steve to the executive team of TMG. Steve’s experience and industry knowledge will not only support our current client engagements, but will offer increased diversity to our core services. Joe’s evolution into an “emeritus” role will afford him the time he deserves to pursue his varied avocations, and will allow Joe to continue to support TMG and our clients with his wisdom and unparalleled experience in the loyalty and relationship marketing industry. Additionally Rhonda Ekstrand will be joining us as a Managing Partner as she will continue to run our partnership and offer sourcing team. This is an exciting time for all of us at TMG and we invite our colleagues and friends to join us in offering a hearty welcome to Steve and ‘all the best’ to Joe.”
Steve agreed with Marc adding, “After 5 years working as an independent consultant I am excited to join forces with TMG.
